Monthly Gold Reserve prizes: the Top Miner contest and the Holder Draw.

1. Sponsor

The prizes are offered by Meme XGold (the "Sponsor"). Contact: @memexgold on X. Prizes are paid from the public Gold Reserve wallet, listed on the Tokenomics page.

2. What these prizes are (and are not)

The Top Miner prize is a free skill contest and the Holder Draw is a free prize draw. Neither is an investment, a return, interest, a dividend or a share of any revenue, and nothing is promised beyond the prize described here. $MXGOLD is a meme token: it is not backed by or redeemable for gold, PAXG or anything else, and no price or value is promised. The Gold Reserve belongs to the Sponsor; holding $MXGOLD gives no claim on it.

3. Who can take part

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• Residents of these places cannot take part: Cuba; Iran; North Korea; Syria; the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine; Quebec (Canada). The prizes are also void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for checking that taking part is legal where you live.
• Player entries need a verified X account on the site (sign in with X, and pass the follow and repost check), one account per person. Banned accounts and accounts flagged by the anti-bot checks are not eligible.
• The Sponsor, its team members and their accounts are excluded (the project's own X accounts, plus the project, team and vesting wallets listed on the site).
• Before paying a prize, the Sponsor may ask the winner to confirm their age and where they live. A winner who cannot or does not confirm their eligibility is disqualified.

4. Top Miner contest

• Free, skill-based: it ranks players by their own mining activity. Free, VIP and VIP+ players all take part, and no purchase is needed.
• Period: each calendar month in UTC (00:00 UTC on the 1st to 00:00 UTC on the 1st of the next month), starting with October 2026.
• Ranking: settled $MXGOLD mined during the month's UTC days. Only X-verified, non-banned players count. Days rejected by the anti-bot checks never count.
• Ties: whoever reached the total first wins (the earlier last earning day, then the earlier time that day's points stopped growing, then the earlier X verification).
• Prize: 10% of the Gold Reserve's PAXG balance, measured right after the UTC month end. One winner per month.
• Payout: the Sponsor contacts the winner on X and sends the PAXG by hand from the Gold Reserve wallet to the Solana wallet the winner adds on the Play page. The payout is logged on the Leaderboard with a link to the transaction.

5. Holder Draw

No purchase necessary — mining earns entries.

• Start: the Holder Draw starts only after the $MXGOLD token launches. Until then it shows "Starts after the token launches".
• Period: each calendar month in UTC, counting only the days after launch.
• How to enter for free: mine in the game. Settled $MXGOLD in your game balance that you have not claimed to a wallet counts automatically. You don't need a wallet or a claim to enter.
• Other ways to hold entries: $MXGOLD in your own wallet. If you link and verify that wallet on the site (the free Phantom sign-in message), it is added to your game balance under your X account.
• Entries: one entry per $MXGOLD, counted down to the smallest unit, with no limit per person or wallet. Your entries are the $MXGOLD you held on average this month, from one snapshot a day, so buying just before the month ends adds little. Each snapshot adds up your verified wallet and your unclaimed in-game balance and counts every token once: a token you claim leaves your game balance and shows up in your wallet. Wallets that are not linked to a player take part on their own.
• Purchases: no purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances beyond the entries described here: every $MXGOLD is one entry, whether it was mined for free or bought. Holding more tokens adds entries the same way whichever way you got them, and nothing else changes your odds. $MXGOLD you spend on in-game upgrades is no longer in your balance and does not count.
• Odds: your chance of winning is your entries divided by all entries for the month.
• Excluded: the Gold Reserve wallet, the VIP payment wallet, the mining pool, the claim vault, the 5% reserve allocation, team and vesting (Streamflow) wallets, liquidity pool and AMM accounts, known exchange wallets, every program-owned account, and the Sponsor's and team's accounts and their wallets.
• Prize: one prize per month of 20% of the Gold Reserve's PAXG balance, measured right after the UTC month end. The approximate value shown on the site is an estimate. It changes with the reserve balance and the PAXG price until the month-end reading, and the PAXG price can keep changing after that.
• Drawing (verifiable): after the month ends, the Sponsor builds the entries file from the published daily snapshots. Each line is a participant (a wallet address, or a pseudonymous player id x:…) and its entries, sorted. The file's sha256 hash is published. The seed is the blockhash of the first Solana block at or after 00:00 UTC on the 1st, which no one can know in advance. The winning number is sha256("<blockhash>:<entries hash>") mod total entries, and the winner is the participant whose range in the file contains it. The seed, the entries file, its hash and the winner are published on the Leaderboard. Anyone can repeat the draw with bash worker/scripts/run-holder-draw.sh <month> --verify.
• Winner notification: the winner is announced on the site. A player winner is named by X handle and contacted on X by @memexgold. A wallet winner is shown by its (shortened) address and paid to that wallet.
• Claim window: a player winner must link a verified wallet on the site within 14 days of the draw to receive the prize. Otherwise the prize is forfeited and redrawn with the next seed derivation, sha256("<blockhash>:<entries hash>:<n>") for n = 1, 2, …, skipping earlier winners of that month. A redraw winner has the same claim window. Every redraw is published.
• Payout: the Sponsor sends the PAXG by hand from the Gold Reserve wallet. The payout is logged on the site with a link to the transaction.

6. General conditions

• Taxes: any taxes, fees or reporting duties on a prize are the winner's responsibility.
• Fair play: bots, scripts, multiple accounts, exploits, wash transfers between wallets or any other manipulation lead to disqualification. A disqualified Holder Draw winner is replaced by a redraw as described above.
• Changes: the Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify either prize, or disqualify entries, in case of fraud, bots, technical failure, or for legal reasons. Changes are announced on this page and on X.
• Public data: the snapshots and entries file publish wallet addresses (public on-chain data), balances and pseudonymous player ids. Your X handle is tied to the Holder Draw publicly only if you win.
• No warranty: the game, the token and the prizes are provided as is. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
